First Dance Music Editing

Here at Outta Sight Entertainment we like to think we stand out from the crowd in the range of services we offer. Recently rather than just having the traditional 'slow' first wedding dance, couples are more and more opting for something a little different. This 'something different' is normally dancing to several short snippets of different songs, an example of which can be seen in the video below.

As you can see from the video, it's a good bit of fun and will certainly have the guests at your wedding talking about your first dance for years to come and who knows...you might become a You Tube star! Most wedding couples when wanting this type of 'mini-mix' of tracks will ask their Wedding DJ who, might accept to ensure they get the gig but might have no idea how to do this effectively. We have extensive experience of working with wedding couples, wedding planners and dance choreographers to ensure the tracks flow together and that the right sections are used from each song.

All our tracks are edited in our purpose built studio using the latest software to ensure there is no compromise on sound quality. So how does all this work and will it cost a lot of money?

Our prices begin at £25 and the price is purely dependent on how many tracks you want mixing but at the beginning you will be quoted a price and that price will not change. You will then send a list of the tracks that you want mixing, on receiving this we will contact you to discuss what sections of the track do you want in the mix for example you might want a specific instrumental section or a certain verse or just the chorus. It is all your choice. Before receiving your final mix you will be sent over a completed mix for you to listen to before signing it off. We have done a recent funk/soul mini-mix which gives you an idea of the scope of what can be achieved

We do not just offer this service for first wedding dances we also receive many requests for a certain edit of a track to walk down the aisle to. Here is a recent project we did for a bride as she wanted to walk down the aisle to Florence & The Machine-You Got the Love but she wanted a specific section of the track, no vocals and the harp intro of the XX remix version. We did two versions of the track both of which can be heard below:
